Henry had enjoyed his time at the works, he’d past all his tests and was now waiting to be repainted. But instead of nice green paint, Henry saw that he was covered in deep red, “That’s not right,” he snorted, “I’m supposed to be green not red like James.” The workmen laughed, “This is an undercoat Henry, it’s used to protect your actual paintwork in-case it washes away in the rain.” “WASHES AWAY!!” Henry wheeshed angrily. A workman stumbled back and knocked into a cabinet. Several pots of green paint spilt everywhere followed by a sudden crack. “You silly big engine!” Scolded a workman, “Not only have you wasted all that green paint but you’ve damaged your regulator. Now you’ll have to stay in that undercoat.” Poor Henry felt very silly, “Oh what will the others say when they see me!” He moaned.
